Buyer Seller Meetings
The Buyer Seller Meet is to facilitate discussions & identify business opportunities amongst participants at Cashew India BSM. The formal meetings will enable delegates to take their discussions to next level of seriousness, which is otherwise unlikely in an informal coffee/lunch or dinner networking.
We have chalked-out a proper structure to ensure that all delegates get to participate in the Buyer Seller Meet
HOW IT WORKS
- An owner gets a table with 2 chairs each on both sides enabling one-to-one meetings
- Delegates interested in meeting a table owner should pre-fix an appointment before the conference dates or during the conference dates if a slot is available
- A list of table owners will be shared with delegates enabling fixing of appointments
- Designated staff at the venue will assist table owners & delegates enabling smooth flow
- Each meeting will not last for more than 10 mins
- Meeting tables are purely meant for business meetings & not for branding opportunities
- Meeting tables cannot be branded nor any banners can be placed within the business meeting area or outside the hall
- All branding (banners, pamphlets, Videos, etc) can be done at respective exhibition space, if booked at exhibition area
